We at Multiline have installed a state of the art – fully automatic – high speed manufacturing facility having a total installed capacity of 3,60,000 Sq.Mtrs. per annum.

Our Screen Preparation equipments comprise of Stretching Clamps, Auto Screen Emulsion Coater & Auto Screen Exposure units imported from Degra - Germany and Harlacquer - Switzerland.

We have set-up an Auto Line for high definition Screen Printing with CCD camera based - unmanned printing equipments imported from Onosokki – Japan along with Auto Sawing, Guide Hole Drilling Machines, Wet Processing Equipments & Finishing Lines all imported from renowned global PCB equipment manufacturers.

In addition we also conduct 100% Electrical Test with the aid of Bare Board Testers and can meet certain customer specific requirements such as V-Grooving , Hot Air Solder Leveling [HASL] & OSP finish.

Lastly we have installed a total of 7 Power Presses with capacities ranging from 30T upto 160T fitted with ‘Pascal’ Hydraulic Fine Piercing as well as Japanese Nitrodine Blanking & Ejection Equipments.
